These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Hospinq (“Service”), operated by Hospinq (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Hospinq is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows hotels to create QR-based guest information pages and a virtual assistant for guests. The Service is intended for professional use by hotels and accommodation providers.

2. Account Registration

To use Hospinq, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is associated with a single hotel, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Free Trial

Hospinq offers a 30-day free trial without requiring payment information. During the trial period, you have access to the Service as described on the website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

4. Subscription & Payments

After the free trial, continued use of certain features requires an active paid subscription. Pricing is displayed on the website and may change with prior notice. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis per hotel. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Failure to pay may result in restricted access to the Service.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content; use the Service to impersonate others; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Content & Documents

You are solely responsible for the content and documents you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to use and share it and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Hospinq does not verify the accuracy or legality of uploaded content.

7. AI Assistant Disclaimer

The virtual assistant provides responses based only on the information supplied by the hotel. Responses are informational only, may not always be accurate or complete, and guests should contact reception for confirmation when needed. Hospinq is not responsible for decisions made based on assistant responses.

8. Data & Privacy

Hospinq may store anonymous usage data and chat interactions to improve the Service. We do not intentionally collect personal data from guests. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability & Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features, modify the Service, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, access to the dashboard and editing features may be removed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hospinq shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. We are not responsible for lost revenue, guest complaints, or operational issues. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country], without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
